Esther Luke
Membership Support Coordinator & Quality Assurance Specialist.
Esther provides customer service coordination for the U.S call center to ensure an effective employee and customer experience. She has been with Aplusify for just 3 years and more than 6 years of service experience across several industries including banking & retail. She manages a high-performing call center team and supports company managers in numerous talent management initiatives including coaching agents in all service facets, recruitment, onboarding, training and agent performance management.Her passion for people, quality, and service excellence, aided her in becoming Aplusify’s first official US Coordinator.
Alyssa Harrison,
Senior Membership Support Professional IV & Corporate Trainer Professional
Alyssa is a Senior Membership Support Professional IV & Corporate Trainer and has been with Aplusify for just over a year. She serves as a team leader for her assigned client, supports and coaches the other call center agents while surveying their performance, and reports back to the MSP Coordinator/Quality Assurance Specialist. Alyssa also assists the Human Resources Department with agent recruitment, training, and coaching new and existing agents. Due to her tenacity and hard work, Alyssa quickly moved from an MSP I to an Onboarding Buddy and MSP II. Her passion for Training and Development, along with several years of training experience, aided her in becoming Aplusify’s first official Corporate Trainer.
Johana Borbon,
Membership Support Professional II
Johana provides industry-leading member and customer service support by making outbound calls, answering inbound Tier I & II telephone and email questions, actively listening to members’ requests, and identifying the appropriate solutions. Johana Borbon has worked as Membership Support Specialist for 3 years and has over 17 years of call center experience across a variety of industries. She strengthens the bonds with our clients and provides them great customer services.
